ALERT: JUSTICE ADERIBIGBE THREATENING OSUN JUSUN, USURPING THE POWER OF NJC
As a concerned citizen monitoring events within Osun Judiciary, it is important I alert the world all over of the next step of Justice Adepele Ojo against the Osun Judiciary Staff. This wicked, conscienceless woman is desperate to deal with all the staffs but that will never happen. Quite unfortunate that it seems no one is ready to come to their rescue because of fear of nothing. Is it until when they all die?
Justice Adepele Oyebola Ojo has commissioned Justice Aderibigbe to begin to intimidate, harass and threaten JUSUN leaders in the State.
Justice Aderibigbe could not hide his words while boasting over and threatening the leaders that he can, in defence of Justice Adepele Ojo, frustrate and victimize the Judiciary Staff just because they are fighting for their rights.
How much could Justice Aderibigbe collect from Adepele Ojo that warranted that rage that he will descend heavily on JUSUN Leaders if the suspended staff didn't withdraw their petition against the CJ and that they should get back to work without payment of their outstanding allowances. Can a court operate without Judicial Staff? Why are you so concerned about yourself alone Baba Aderibigbe?
The world will recollect that staff who were suspended for 8 weeks have now been on suspension for 4 years without pay!
Let me state with clear emphasis that every of your threats is fully documented and we dare you to go ahead with your threats. Greed has beclouded you to forget that you are not the employer hence can't sack them. If worse come to worse they will seek leave high courts for you because you don't consider the plight of the suffering staffs being punished unjustly by Justice Adepele. You will then go and bring your son to work as a staff.
Let the world be aware that both Justice Adepele and Justice Aderibigbe have forced the Chief Registrar and other Registry Staff to execute plans to invade the Accounts Department to alter, falsify and change evidence that will go to NJC. Justice Aderibigbe has constituted himself into an investigative panel usurping the power of the NJC.
Hello Justice Aderibigbe, when you are done altering court documents, you will do more to help your boss by going to Abuja to defend those documents you falsified. I can assure you that your threat will not hurt any JUSUN staff and none of them will go under the knife to safe Adepele not even her puppets. They have been liberated already.
This is a war you cannot win, enough of victimization of Judiciary workers, the NJC has a lot to deal with when evidences of Adepele's high handedness are tendered , also her disregard for rule of law, militarization of Osun Judiciary, and above all financial improprieties.
