Vanguard News paper sent a team to Osun State without the knowledge of the Governor. The team found Osun, a huge construction site. They returned to Lagos with a verdict of surprise with overwhelming confirmation of not just the content of the viral video, but massive evidence of several completed and ongoing projects across the infra sector. By the time the 1.5km road construction is completed in each of the local governments, the Osun APC, the originator of impossibility, would have gone underneath unannounced.
